Julie Madden is a holistic practitioner devoted to supporting nervous system balance, emotional wellbeing, and deep mind body connection for both adults and youth. Her work is rooted in creating a safe, welcoming space where individuals can slow down, reconnect, and feel supported as they move through stress, overwhelm, and life’s transitions. Through her Body & Soul Alignment sessions, Julie offers an intuitive, personalized experience that helps release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and bring awareness to patterns held in the body. Clients often leave feeling more grounded, emotionally clear, and reconnected to themselves, with a greater sense of ease, stability, and inner alignment. Her Ayurvedic Head Massage supports circulation, relieves tension in the head, neck, and shoulders, and helps reduce headaches, fatigue, and the effects of stress and anxiety. This deeply calming treatment also enhances mental clarity, promotes relaxation, and leaves clients feeling refreshed, centered, and renewed. Through her Root & Rise sessions for children and youth, Julie supports young people in feeling safe in their bodies, calm in their minds, and more confident navigating big emotions and life changes. These sessions help build emotional awareness, self regulation, resilience, and a stronger sense of self, offering tools they can carry into everyday life.
