Tamara Dawn- Yoga Instructor

Tamara has been studying and practicing yoga for over 15 years. Her passion and dedication has led her to study the traditions of yoga and meditation in India and Nepal, making several pilgrimages to the East over the years. She brings her depth of knowledge and practice from the roots of these traditions into her classes, while making them approachable here in the west. She weaves gentleness, spirituality, prayer and heart centred compassion into all her classes.

Nicole Stratton- Yoga Instructor

Nicole's devotion to truth floods over into her offerings. The connection she's harnessed within her own body via movement, breath and motherhood, allows her to lead from a place of embodied wisdom and deep intuition. Her background in energy healing, 550+ hours of training and hundreds of hours teaching, makes her approach grounded and unique. Nicole has been specializing in Yin Yoga since 2015.

Being exposed to her work will not only open you in new ways, but also free you of stagnant energy and emotional blocks. No single class is the same and her presence alone feels like you are being gifted with the permission to be your vulnerable and powerful self.

Hayley Spackman- Yoga Instructor

“I discovered yoga while in search of an outlet to improve my mental, spiritual and physical wellness. The very first time I touched my mat I fell in love with not only the asana practice but the values and virtues found in yoga as well. I completed my 200 hour teacher training through Align Yoga Lake Cowichan, I also completed my 150 hour yin teacher training, and i am a certified reiki practioner and continue to strive to learn & grow as a teacher and student. I aspire to create an atmosphere where you feel safe, seen and valued. My goal is to offer a space filled with love where ALL students feel comfortable to come as they are. My practice has become a release to let go of whatever is going on in the outside world. Yoga has given me the power to be more patient, empathetic, at ease and inspired. It is an honor to be a part of your journey.”
